What you are booking
A bridal or event consultation, 45 minutes. Bring your venue, your date, your colours and anything you have been saving — screenshots, fabric swatches, the dress if you like. Forty-five minutes is enough to talk through the pieces you need, the palette, and where the starting prices on the Services page are likely to land for you.
You can sit down in the studio, or we can do it over video. Video consultations work for couples anywhere, and most of our interstate couples book that way.
When to book — peak season fills 6 to 12 months out
For a wedding in peak season, book your consultation 6 to 12 months ahead. Wedding florists take one wedding per date, so a popular Saturday is gone once it is booked, and the couples who leave it later than that are often the ones who miss out. If your date is closer than six months away, book anyway — some dates are still open — but sooner is safer.
Deposit, cancellations and rescheduling
A 30% deposit is taken at the time of booking, and the amount is shown in the calendar before you confirm and again in your booking email.
If you need to cancel or move your booking, we ask for 14 days' notice. With less notice than that, the deposit is non-refundable.
Everyday flowers do not need a booking
Consultations are by appointment, but the studio welcomes walk-ins for everyday arrangements when we are not styling a wedding. Come up during opening hours — Tuesday to Friday 9am to 4pm, Saturday 9am to 1pm — or order from the shop for same-day delivery.
Street parking on Hastings Street is metered. The studio is up a small flight of stairs — there is no lift, so please call ahead on 07 5449 1187 if that is a problem, and we will work something out.
